A lot a slot cars e-resellers, on ebay for instance, are selling this week the gorgious SCALEXTRIC GOODWOOD C2529A, you know the 3 GT40 who won LE MANS 1966 24 H race. A MUST for any serious slot car collectioner. I bought two already !

The good news is that set is sold around 55 £ actually (80 Euros), against 70 $ minimum end of last year. Its official retail price is still 100 £ on the Scalextric on line shop :(http://www.scalextric.com/pages/prod_det.aspx?id=2156) !

The official reason is that Scalextric UK has made interesting discounts to its retailers, so they help him finish its last stocks.
